METHOD
1 . Add honey , soy sauce , ginger powder and garlic powder together in a bowl and stir with a fork to create a marinade . Season with salt and pepper .
2 . Add the salmon fillet and gently coat it with the marinade .
3 . Melt butter in a pan and add baby potatoes . Season with salt and pepper . Cook for 5-10 minutes , until golden brown and crispy .
4 . Heat olive oil in a frying pan and add the marinaded salmon fillet .
5 . Add the remaining marinade and cook salmon on both sides .
6 . Serve the salmon with baby potatoes and salad of choice .
