WATER WISE
In response to your
editorial in issue #8, I
suggest you invest in a full-
on two or three-stage water
filtration and sanitation
system and, if necessary,
an extra 12V pump to feed
it so that you can use
suspect water sources for
hosing down kids and all
non food-related uses,
perhaps even washing
dishes. Fill your tanks only
from pristine water sources
and use it only for drinking
and food preparation.
If you want to pursue
this two-grades-of-water
scheme and need to camp
away from an immediate
source of water, you may
need to install another
tank in your camper.
There are available 90L
bladder tanks which you
can use to refill camper
tanks without moving
the campsite and which
fold into a relatively small
package when empty.

BAN ’EM
No dogs at the RV shows!
It is dangerous, with all the
leads creating a tripping
hazard. These are shows for
caravan-interested people
and not dogs.
G’day, I have been building

a wonderful unique camper. have a few people attend
I developed it because I had with certain disabilities
a need for a lightweight unit with wheelchairs, wheelie
walkers and mobility
to travel to Coffs Harbour
(NSW) from Gippsland (Vic) scooters, which in itself
to visit family without being creates a hazard.
Ban dogs from
a burden.
It’s a great idea but I'm not caravan shows!
