SOLAR SOLUTION
I have a portable suitcase-type solar panel . The only place to store it when travelling was on the corner dining seats , but this prevented us from sitting for lunch or morning tea in the van . This is no good when it is raining .
I needed to find somewhere else to put them while travelling . As my caravan is a pop-top and already has an air-conditioner on the roof , I did not consider putting them there . The back of my van has no window or anything else , so I fitted them there with a gas strut that pushes them horizontal . I just run the cable down the side to my original Anderson plug connection .
