This is our second caravan , being 10 years between models . It has the same problem as the previous one – it is extremely slow to fill the water tanks with water .
If the flow is too high , the water spurts back out as if the tank is full . All owners of this brand of caravan know this is the case – slow and steady is the only way to fill the tanks , and this takes time .
To assist with this process , I purchased a Y-shaped garden hose distribution connection . It has a tap on each outlet so I can fill both tanks at once or just top up one tank .
This has sped up the time required to fill at various points and you can adjust the flow into both tanks , ensuring that the tank is completely filled .
