KEEPING IT ORIGINAL
Wherever possible , he salvaged the original parts , cleaning them up as best he could and putting them back into service . The kangaroo clips that hold open the sections of bench around the stove are a case in point . And the stove itself … yes , that ’ s original too .
I was surprised to find what appeared to be an original Coronet ice box on board , too . It turns out that one of Andrew ’ s customers had one and was only too happy to trade it for some new Coronet decals from Andrew . The installation job is seamless , as you ’ d expect .
The old oyster lights and a clock were cleaned up and reused , as were numerous catches and other fittings .

The cupboard and locker doors faithfully match what was originally fitted .
