The company says the reliability and cooling capacity of these units have been tested during the Australian summer when temperatures reach 50 ° C . The units are also equipped with a standard heat pump , also very powerful , operating at outdoor temperatures down to -5 ° C .
Made from UV-stabilised polypropylene , the Cool Top series is available in two variants : The Cool Top Trail 24 , with a cooling capacity of up to 2400W , to suit RVs up to 8m in length ; and the Cool Top Trail 34 , with a cooling capacity of 3400W , to suit larger vehicles . Each unit comes with a remote control and offers various other functions , such as dehumidification .
