Caravan Industry Victoria celebrated its 70th anniversary on December 1 with a special event at Melbourne ’ s Crown Aviary .

More than 330 people gathered for the platinum anniversary , including inductees into the Hall of Fame , life members , VIPs and guests .

Members of the association were honoured throughout the evening for their years of service and contribution to the RV industry :

Dometic ( Electrolux ): Joined in 1969 ; 53 years of membership . 3 . Breha Industries : Joined in 1970 ; 52 years of membership . 4 . Hayman Reese : Joined in 1972 ; 50 years of membership . 5 . Thetford : Joined in 1973 ; 49 years of membership . 6 . Camec : Joined the association in 1976 ; 46 years of membership . 7 . Jayco : Joined in 1976 ; 46 years of membership . 8 .
