The winners of the ever-popular Business Excellence Awards were also announced , with Nova Caravans taking out the coveted Excellence in Caravan and RV Manufacturing award :

• Excellence in Dealership : Wangaratta Caravans & Marine ;
• Excellence in Retailer : Award RV Superstore ;
• Excellence in Component Manufacturing : Alpine Annexes ;
• Excellence in Service and Repair : CARAC ; and
• Excellence in Industry Supplier : Australian RV Accessories .
“ The Business Awards were assessed by independent judges who donated their time at no charge , and rate each applicant for their performance throughout the past 12 months , and takes into account a wide range of business criteria ,” Caravan Industry Victoria CEO Daniel Sahlberg said .
Col Parrot was inducted into the CIV Hall of Fame .
