Sure , you can buy pet enclosures from department stores , but Alpine Annexes has developed a solution that requires no poles or other structural components .
Essentially , it comprises a special webbing that is suspended by straps that attach to the sail track in the awning tube for the front of the enclosure , and to the awning anti-flap kit for the sides of the enclosure .
Finally , flooring is available that attaches to the walls of the enclosure using velcro , as is a draft skirt to seal off the underside of the van so that your fur baby can ’ t escape that way .
Now , this is not a ‘ one size fits all product ’. Rather , each pet enclosure is custom-made to suit your van . Obviously , it requires for your awning to be open , but it would also work as a play area for young kids .
