ONE-PAN WONDER !

CAN YOU REALLY MAKE A LASAGNE IN ONE PAN ON A COOKTOP ? ABSOLUTELY !

INGREDIENTS
• 6-8 sheets of lasagne
• 500g of minced beef
• 2 teaspoons of garlic
• 1 chopped onion
• 2 teaspoon of mixed herbs
• 1 jar of Passata
• 1 small tub of ricotta cheese
• 1 cup of mozzarella or Italian blend cheese
• 1 heaped tablespoon of tomato paste
• 1 cup of water / stock
• A pinch of salt and pepper
METHOD
1 . Chop the onion and fry it up in olive oil , adding herbs and garlic , salt and pepper . Then , add the mince and cook it until it has cooked through .
2 . Add the tomato paste and Passata and stir well , followed by the water or stock . Bring the mixture to a simmer .
3 . Break the lasagne sheets into pieces and stir them into the mince mixture . Add cheese and mix , then place the ricotta in dollops around the pan .
4 . Put the lid on the pan and gently simmer for about 15 minutes or until the pasta is al dente .
5 . Garnish with parmesan and chopped parsley , and enjoy .
