Built upon MDC ’ s in-houseengineered and manufactured hotdipped-galvanised chassis with independent trailing arm suspension and aluminium frame , the Forte SR incorporates numerous identical design principles found in MDC ’ s wider range .
All Forte SR models come standard with 200Ah worth of lithium battery power , a Projecta 50A battery charger , a Projecta 1600W pure sine wave inverter , 350W of rooftop solar and a 25A MPPT solar controller , not to mention DC-DC charging . Appliances are from reputable brands such as Truma , Thetford , Dometic and Caframo .
Established in 2005 , MDC remains family-owned and operated and has grown to be one of Australia ’ s largest distributors of campers and caravans , with over 40,000 units sold nationwide and eight showrooms , as well as an inhouse customer service team .
