Caravan Industry Victoria ( CIV ) has launched a new initiative designed to elevate product quality , business integrity , and consumer confidence across the RV sector in Victoria .

The RV Master Manufacturers program sets five key criteria : Business Systems ; Quality Management ; Human Resources Customer Service ; and Compliance , with a focus on financial viability , customer service , warranty and long-term business sustainability .

To qualify , businesses must have been operational for at least seven years in order to demonstrate a commitment to stability and reliability .

CIV CEO Daniel Sahlberg highlighted the program ' s stringent requirements . “ The RV Master Manufacturers program establishes a framework for excellence that touches every aspect of business , from robust financial systems ensuring business viability to advanced quality management systems that guarantee product excellence . This initiative is set to transform the landscape of our industry , ensuring that manufacturers not only meet but exceed the high expectations of today ’ s consumer .”
