“ It ’ s taken us five years to build these new models – new exterior shape , new , thicker , stronger composite panelling that hasn ’ t been done before . New interiors – the interiors are truly fabulous – and new technology . They are brand new from the ground-up .”

As Michael said during the launch , the development of these new models was a work in progress . “ We ’ d be lying if we said we got it right the first time , or even the second time . For those who have been in manufacturing , they ’ d know it ’ s a process of continuous improvement , and that ’ s what this is about . For five years , almost daily , we have researched , made seemingly insignificant small improvements that when done consistently over time results in what you ’ re about to see today .”
During the launch , Michael paid tribute to Crusader Caravans ’ customers . “ They ’ ve been the driving force behind shaping who we are today .” In fact , a number of loyal Crusader customers were on hand at the launch to get a sneak peek at what ’ s to come .
