BRAVO , NOVA

Congratulations to Sylwia Logan and bravo to Nova Caravans for seeing a big problem and providing a major solution to at least one person affected by the ridiculous Tango Caravans situation . I have seen a lot of comments on the GoRV social media posts about Nova ’ s generosity . Many people have said that their next new caravan will be a Nova specifically because they now view Nova as a good ‘ corporate citizen ’, and I wish to second those sentiments .

Our own caravan is getting a bit old and tired , and my wife and I have been talking about buying a new one . With so many caravan manufacturers to choose from , though , it becomes a bit difficult .

But this news has simplified it for us significantly . Nova Caravans has proven itself worthy of our serious consideration , and the consideration of caravanners around the country .

To my knowledge , Nova is the only manufacturer who has so far provided a helping hand to people who lost everything . The Tango disaster has left a deep black mark on the caravan industry . You ’ d think the rest of them would be scrambling to show their generosity . But aside from Nova , it has been crickets .

Rest assured , when the time comes , I ’ ll be giving John Sills at Nova Caravans a call .

Thanks for your letter , John . We highly recommend Nova Caravans – they will always do the right thing by their customers and they build a heck of a caravan to boot . And you ’ re right : as far as we know , no other manufacturer has so far stepped forward to help . – Ed
