RV REVIEW
Three 180W solar panels are mounted to the roof – the van uses the latest Enerdrive BTech battery and management system , along with a 2600W inverter . There is even the Dometic Dust Reduction System , which is intended to pressurise the van in order to keep road dust out – particularly important on those long gravel roads we all travel at some stage .
In our experience , it tows well . Our review van weighed in at 2520kg Tare , with an ATM of 3000kg , giving it a payload capacity of 480kg , which should be just enough for long trips away . At 170kg , this van ’ s unladen ball weight was more than manageable .
The exterior , while undeniably well finished , offers an excellent blend of form and function . Everything has a purpose while being aesthetically pleasing .
INNER SPACE
The first thing we noticed inside the Millard Breakaway : the amount of internal living space , especially the generous headroom .
